Grzimek's airplane

Prof. Bernhard Grzimek, animal conservationist and co-founder of the german environment conservation association BUND, is buried on the top of the Ngorongoro-crater in Tanzania side by side to his son Michael.
His research-airplane, which crashed down on 10th of January 1959 (his 25-year old son Michael died in the wreck) will be transferred to Germany these days (movie).

The airplane will be shown in June 2009 in the Technical Museum at Berlin.
